The various Department Managers are available (via Reception – Dial 9), should you wish to discuss any issues that may arise during your stay.  Please arrange this through any staff member.  Additionally a “Please Tell Us” questionnaire is available, which you may wish to complete or if required the Chief Executive Officer is available to discuss any feedback during your stay. Please arrange through any staff member.  Any serious issues will be managed in accordance with Calvary Health Care Complaints management policies and procedures.  

There are times when the hospital engages an external organisation to survey patients after discharge.  Your feedback and participation in these surveys is appreciated.

All feedback both negative and positive is collated and reviewed by all relevant departments and the hospital’s Quality Rehabilitation Committee.  

At Calvary Rehabilitation Hospital we have teams of dedicated, specialist staff who provide a variety of rehabilitation programs including cardiac, orthopaedic, neurological (including stroke), multi-trauma, falls prevention, geriatric assessment, pulmonary and reconditioning. The programs are provided on an inpatient, day patient and single therapy basis.
